Parcel Post- slowest method, 7-14 days minimum delivery Priority Mail- standard via USPS 3-5 day delivery UPS Ground 1-7 days, depending on service location.

Additional Mailing Services: ( additional shipping costs added- * MUST CALL for price quote and to obtain service.* Express Mail ( 1-2 days via USPS) Overnight Delivery ( 1-2 days) depending on location via USPS 2nd day Delivery 2-3 days, via UPS, depends on location.

We strive to ship most items within 48 to 72 hours of order. Occasionally, items are not in stock. If there is a delay in shipment, you will be notified via email of approximate shipping time.

We do have "peak seasons" in which we have a much higher volume of orders and process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have approximaly 5 peak seasons throughout the year including, halloween, pageant (3 major ones throughout year), wedding and prom. If you need something much quicker please email or call and we will advise you of expedited ( Express, overnight, 2nd day) shipping costs, etc.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Any returns must be made within 7 days of receiving shipment. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving shipment. Returns cannot be accepts on any make up or make up product. Any custom work we do , refunds will not be given only alterations to item to ensure fit.
